Since beginning trading at the start of 2006, at least nine land acquisitions and more than 70+ units later, Rotherhill Developments have acquired a development pipeline with a completed value of more than £60m.
Paul Bagshaw, founder of the company, has over 17 years of development experience. As a Chartered Surveyor he moved to Wilson Bowden Developments in 1995 where he spent more than five years as Development Director, before joining the Fiducia Group, forming Eden Park Developments and five years later in January 2006 launched Rotherhill Developments Ltd. Paul has created an ambitious and progressive development company, with a proven track record in delivering successful schemes.
